REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
As a small business, there is high demand for our accommodation, therefore we must enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy.
All deposits are non refundable and a change of date or credit note may be offered at management discretion.
Cancellations will be refunded in full when advised 45 days prior to check in date. A 50% refund is offered within 30-45 days of check in date. Cancellations of less than 30 days days prior to check in date and no shows are subject to no refund, a change of date may be offered or a credit note issued at management discretion.
Refunds will be offered in the case of Poolside management booking errors.
